Richard and his Team are true Professionals. From the first point of contact to the finishing of the loft conversion, they were courteous, efficient, clean and tidy with great attention to detail. My fear of "upheaval" never materialised as most of the loft was accessed from the rear. It was only the last part that needed access to the house. It was completed within the timescale quoted and money was paid in "stages" which Richard gave me good notice of. The most important bit was that it was quickly signed off by the Building Team. I am thrilled with the addition to my property. It created 2 new rooms which for a growing family was essential. Many thanks again.

Just wanted to say what a fantastic job you, Steve and Daniel did on my loft conversion in January 2010. From the time you surveyed the property to the time you started the work was all done in a very professional and courteous manor. Even when I was stressed over the steel beams being delivered and installed Steve totally reassured me and the process went very smoothly. You said it would be done in 4 weeks and it was!! Your workmanship and information was always done in a courteous way and all your staff where very tidy and very polite.

The children have enjoyed the extra space that has been gained from the loft conversion and nothing was too much trouble even when I changed my mind about where the wall between the two rooms went!!!

The loft conversion was done in the allotted time, with two lovely builders who were a pleasure to have in the house. They were tidy and friendly. They explained what they were doing, and how long the different aspects would take, as they were working on it. Paying for each section as it began was also handy. As a first timer to have any alterations done to a home, it was great to be able to have the planning permission and plans done through the company, all in one go. Much less to have to worry about. The only thing we would have liked was to have been asked about the additional stairs, for the bannisters to match the lower stairs. As a complete newbie to this, it had not occurred to us that this would be an issue, and it was not possible to do anything about this at the end. The carpenter, electricians who came in did a great job. I'd absolutely recommend Apex for great value for money, friendliness and getting the job done on time. However, don't be afraid to ask questions at the beginning about things like bannisters or lighting.
