The only thing we would have liked was to have been asked about the additional stairs, for the bannisters to match the lower stairs. As a complete newbie to this, it had not occurred to us that this would be an issue, and it was not possible to do anything about this at the end. The carpenter, electricians who came in did a great job. I'd absolutely recommend Apex for great value for money, friendliness and getting the job done on time.
