We are a building company specialising in the conversion of lofts and roofs to provide additional living space to our clients’ requirements. Based in Potters Bar, Apex Loft Conversions began converting lofts in 1992 and we have enjoyed continuous loft conversion contracts ever since building an enviable reputation in the North London and Hertfordshire areas in what is a very competitive market.

We are renowned for delivering craftsmanship of the highest standard. A loft conversion by Apex Lofts will be designed and constructed using the very best materials. The materials we use are wherever possible sustainably sourced. Our building skills will be in accordance with all approved codes of practice, British standards and architectural specifications.

A loft conversion carried out by us will be completed between 4 and 5 weeks depending on whether it is a semi-detached or terraced property and our hard working, professional team of building contractors who have been with the company for many years will ensure that you experience a smooth running and quickly built loft conversion by a friendly and respectful workforce that understands that this is above all else your home.
